Where everything begins
This week marked the official beginning of our journey. After finishing our pitches, all of us were suddenly standing in the hallway, waiting to find out who we’d be working with for the next several weeks. It felt a little like the start of a new adventure — exciting, awkward, and full of possibilities.

And then the teams were formed.
I ended up in a group that somehow felt both unexpected and perfect:
Xiuzi, Richelle, Beau, Robyn, Ben, Kamil, and DJ.
A mix of D3 and Full-Stack students — designers, developers, storytellers, and problem-solvers all thrown together.
There was this quiet feeling of,
“Okay. This is our team now. This is where everything starts.”
What the First Week Felt Like
A lot of nervous energy
A lot of potential
A bit of “what exactly are we building?”
And a shared understanding that whatever it becomes, we’ll shape it together
The first conversations were chaotic in the best way. Ideas flying everywhere, jokes mixed with serious thoughts, everyone trying to contribute while also figuring out their role.
Honestly, it felt like a well-balanced party in an RPG, each person with a different skill, ready to go into the dungeon together.
End-of-Week Reflection
Week 1 wasn’t about building anything yet.
It was about forming the people who would build it.
We didn’t know our final product, but we knew one thing for sure:
This team has potential. And this is just the beginning.
