This is a lot!!

We kicked things off with merch planning, going through ideas for custom orders and making decisions on what merch we wanted to order for the big presentation. From colors to materials to how our branding shows up, it was a mix of creativity, practicality.

Then we shifted into our final stretch of coding planning. With just one week left to finish development, we sat down to divide the last round of tasks, who’s polishing what, which features need tightening, and what absolutely has to be done before launch. Lots of tabs open, lots of pointing at screens, lots of “Okay, so hear me out…”

We also reviewed any final design tweaks: small adjustments, UI refinements, and a few “let’s fix this before it becomes a problem later” moments. It was the kind of design session where every detail suddenly feels important, because it is.
And before wrapping up, we took team photos! A little chaotic, a lot of laughing, and a nice reminder of how far we’ve come together.

A busy day, but a rewarding one. Jargon is so close, and we’re giving it everything we’ve got.
